Latin & Ballroom Dancing

From Salsa and Cha Cha to Tango and the Waltz, our Latin and Ballroom dance classes include beginner and advanced classes.  Whether you’re looking for a new hobby, a new workout, or want to rule the dance floor, these classes have it all.  Learn to partner dance as well as solo.


Build strength, increase flexibility, and loss weight in this full-body workout class. Utilizing Pilates and yoga practices. Burn calories while having a great time!  Each class is different while including a warm-up and cool down.

Hip Hop

Hip Hop with Angel “Staccato” Guzman – From the basic elements of Hip Hop to advanced choreography, our Hip Hop program is designed to create a DANCER!  Musicality, expression, and energy are primary focuses.


ReFIT is a whole body cardio dance program focusing on body, mind and soul. This program is centered on building relationships as well as endurance.  This one hour class includes easy to learn movements, inspiring music, a beginner friendly environment, and of course a great calorie burning workout!


Classes start mid May!

Vinyasa Yoga | Improve strength, flexibility, and balance while flowing through a sequence of dynamic movements. Vinyasa Yoga focuses on synchronizing the breath with the transition between poses to improve body awareness and to calm the mind. This 55 minute class will tone your body, refresh your mind, and leave you with a sense of empowerment. All levels are welcome!

Turbo Kick

Keep it moving with this heart pounding, ab-defining, calorie burning aerobic exercise class. Turbo Kick is a cardio boxing class where you learn kicks and punches in choreography to your favorite top music.   Get ready for round 1 of sweaty action! DING
